UN GUIONISTA Y UN DIBUJANTE
Llevo años queriendo hacer algo en formato manga. Lo he intentado varias veces, pero por una cosa o por otra los diferentes proyectos que he puesto en marcha (uno sobre la Guerra Civil, uno sobre un monstruo interdimensional, uno sobre una maldición familiar, uno sobre una estrella del K-pop...) acabaron cayendo por el camino.
Al fin el año pasado rescaté un guion de hace una década (que es a lo que recurres cuando no tienes tiempo de escribir nada nuevo) y se lo pasé al gran Carlo Romero, que al instante pilló el tono de la historia y lo hizo suyo con el enorme talento que le caracteriza.
60 páginas de humor y destrucción con las que nos hemos estado echando unas risas durante todo el proceso creativo, y que empezaremos a vender este fin de semana en la 41ª edición del Comic Barcelona.
Si os vais a pasar por allí, podréis encontrarnos firmando en el stand de Escola Joso el viernes de 16:30 a 20:00, el sábado de 13:30 a 16:30, y el domingo de 10:00 a 13:30.

A WRITER AND AN ARTIST
I've been wanting to make a manga for years. I tried several times, but all the different projects I started (about the Spanish Civil War, about an interdimensional monster, about a family curse, about a K-pop star...) have ended up dying for some reason.
Finally, last year I rescued a script from a decade ago (which is what you do when you have no time to write anything new) and showed it to the great and superbly talented Carlo Romero, who instantly understood the tone of those 60 pages of comedy and mayhem.
We've been laughing out loud throughout the entire creative process, and now we'll start selling our manga next weekend during the 41st edition of Comic Barcelona.
If you are going to be there, stop by Escola Joso's booth on Friday (4:30 PM to 8:00 PM), Saturday (1:30 PM to 4:30 PM) or Sunday (10:00 AM to 1:30 PM) if you want Carlo and me to sign your copy.
