LA IGUANA QUE PERDIÓ UN OJO

Me gusta navegar por internet y chafardear en los blogs de dibujantes e ilustradores. A veces, al ver una ilustración, se me ocurre una idea.
Antes solía apuntarme esas ideas en una libreta o en algún trozo de papel, pero en el mejor de los casos acababan enterradas para siempre en algún cajón de casa. Por eso, porque dejar morir una idea me da casi tanta pena como tirar comida caducada, hace tres meses decidí abrir un blog y colgarlas allí en forma de relatos cortos. A lo mejor no son todo lo que podrían haber llegado a ser, pero al menos son algo.
El blog se llama La iguana que perdió un ojo, y eh, tiene su propia página de Facebook y hasta su portada oficial, que es esa ilustración cojonuda de aquí abajo obra del gran Alfredo Borés.



THE IGUANA THAT LOST AN EYE

I like surfing the internet and poking around cartoonists and illustrators' blogs. Sometimes, when seeing an illustration, an idea comes to my mind.

I used to write down those ideas in a notebook or on a piece of paper, but the best thing that would happen to them was ending up buried forever in a drawer at home. Letting an idea die hurts me almost as much as dumping expired food, so that's why three months ago I decided to start a blog to post them there in the form of short stories. Maybe these ideas aren't all they could have come to be, but at least they are something.

The blog is called La iguana que perdió un ojo (The iguana that lost an eye, in its English translation), and hey, it even has its own Facebook page and its official cover, the awesome illustration you can see below, made by the great Alfredo Borés.
